Privacy Policy

Morning Wheel is a private hockey club roster tool for the Saturday and Monday Morning Wheel. This policy covers the club’s member roster and text messages.

What we hold

Your name and nickname, mobile number, email (if you add one), jersey number and size, position, shoots, birth year, and hockey stats/trivia for your player card. The commissioner also keeps private team-balancing notes that are never shown to other players.

What we use it for

Running the wheel — weekly signup polls, team rosters, game notifications, and league records. Your mobile number is your identity for the one-tap signup link.

Text messages

We only text you if you opt in. Messages are weekly signup polls, rosters, and game notifications; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or turn texts off from your profile; reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is entirely optional — it is never a condition of joining the club, of any purchase, or of using any part of this site, and it is never bundled into our terms of use. Opting out doesn’t remove you from the club — you’ll still get the signup link in the group thread.

What we don’t do

We never sell or share your information, and we never process payments — the rink handles payment directly. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and text-messaging consent is not shared with any third party.

Removal

Ask the commissioner to remove your information at any time, or email hello@morningwheel.org.
